♥ 1/3 cup water
♥ 1 ½ olive oil
♥ ½ teaspoon baking powder
♥ 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
• Combine in bowl, flour, baking powder and salt.
• Add oil and
work into flour with hands, until well combined.
• Add water a
little at a time until dough is moistened.
• Turn dough
out onto a lightly floured work surface and knead 2 to 3 minutes or until an
elastic consistency.
• Place dough
in a bowl, cover with a towel and let rest for 15 minutes.
• Turn dough
out onto a lightly floured work surface and divide into balls, depending on the
size of tortillas preferred.
• Use a
rolling pin and roll each ball.
• Cook
each tortilla on a ungreased skillet over medium-high heat for about 1 minute
(30 seconds on each side) until puffy.
